REYBRAND was founded in 2023 by Marcel Brand, a reliability engineer with + 15 years of total experience. Within this time frame Marcel gained experience in reliability engineering across different industries, across different phases within life cycle stages and worked + 10 out of the 15 years at the forefront (field operation) under scope of reliability. By doing so he solved complex issues, developed and implemented countless solutions and improvements. The gained experience and motivation led him to found the company REYBRAND.
Because reliability engineering can provide a high complexity, the vision of REYBRAND is to make reliability engineering tangible by enabling & enhancing transparency, by breaking & structure complexities, by the attitude to provide innovative solutions & approaches and by supporting companies with continuous improvement.
Reliability Engineering itself is just not an engineering function, but it is an art of working interdisciplinary, of bringing everything together and of unifying people, systems and processes. By doing so, we are driven, motivated and inspired by people, technology, innovation, customer satisfaction, a simple hands-on mentality and communication.
